Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Custom or handmade pieces may take up to 7–10 business days for production.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
We offer standard, expedited, and international shipping options.
Estimated delivery times:
U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
U.S. Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Luna Qiqi Jewelry is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and secure.
If your package is lost in transit, contact us at christina@lunaqiqijewelry.com, and we’ll do our best to assist.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your jewelry. If you’re not completely satisfied, please review our return guidelines below.
Eligibility
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
Custom or personalized pieces
Clearance items
Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
How to Start a Return
Email christina@lunaqiqijewelry.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and the return address.
Ship your item back using a trackable service. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
After receiving your return, we’ll inspect it and process a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your jewelry arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item. We’ll replace it or issue a full refund.
